Authentic Danish design
Denmark’s Ib Kofod-Larsen designed several furniture exhibitions in the 1940s and won the annual award from the Danish Cabinetmakers’ Guild in 1948. A few years later, Swedish furniture maker OPE Möbler commissioned Kofod-Larsen to design a series of Danish furniture. One of those was the elegant Seal Collection (1956), with its carefully shaped wood frames and luxurious leather upholstery. This is the authentic Seal Chair produced by Brdr. Petersens Polstermøbelfabrik. Made in Denmark.
